To whom it may concern,
I am emailing to let you know that I had an unfortunate experience where my gnocchi was moldy and the best before date had not past yet. I took a picture of the mold but had thrown out the bag before I had a chance to note the UPC and manufacturing date. It was a bag of the mozzarella filled ones though. It was very unfortunate as I have bought your gnocchi many times before and this was the first incident where it happened. I has left me quite frustrated with the experience and quite torn too. I have found a new favorite in your pesto flavored gnocchi but I'm worried about another experience like this one. Please advise.

I bought this product, Italian sausage tortelloni from Calgary Co-op on Thursday. I noticed that the package looked quite empty. I weighed the package on my kitchen scale and it showed only 426 gms. The package weight printed on it is 600 gms.
I have a photo of it on the scale.
Calgary Coop has refunded my purchase price and suggested that I inform you of the discrepancy.
The product is family favourite and we will continue to purchase it as long as we get value for our money.

Part way through dinner tonight, my son said he didnt want to eat anymore tortellini because it tasted like coconut. We have eaten your tortellini many times previously, so I told him that that didnt make any sense, there is no coconut in it. We continued and he insisted that it tasted like coconut so we stopped eating it, and I took a few shells and ate them without any sauce and indeed they did not taste suspicious. Later in the meal, however, I noticed a funny flavour so I stopped and rinsed out what was in my mouth and then tasted it without any sauce at all and realized it tasted very distinctly of blue cheese. I have never noticed a strong blue cheese flavour in any of my shells before. Is it safe for my family and I to eat the remaining tortellini in this package?

My understanding of a product past the Best Before Date is that the product is still edible but not at its peak nutrition / colour / flavour.....
The tortellini shows no evidence of spoilage (mold) or anything else untoward.

Best before date is September 10 2022 and the package is still sealed but it's all moldy inside. I took several pictures. I don't have my receipt anymore because I bought it a week or two ago, but it's only August 26th today so it shouldn't be moldy now. Is there any way we can obtain a refund of some kind? We love your pasta and are happy to pay extra to buy it because it's usually good quality, but we are very disappointed today.

We had purchased 6 bags of your Gnoochi for our luncheon yesterday and when we went to open the packages there was huge chunks of dough in all 6 bags. We have purchased this product many times before but never seen just dough in the bags. Something must of happened in manufacturing because this isnt acceptable. Nous avons eu la trs mauvaise surprise de voir quil ny a pas de fromage lintrieur (voir photo).

Cx highlighted many times the money invested in the products.
The agent explained how the inconvenience may have happenedas per the guidelines. Explained the BB can not be assumed as a guarantee as the product would be affected by the storage conditions. Recommended to consume the product withing the first days. Agent advised of the freezable instructions for some products and explained in this instance, the product can not be frozen. The agent elaborated about the texture being compromised if the product was frozen, Cx vented about the freezable instructions on the package, despite previous information provided.
The client misrepresented the information received and was more invested in picking a fight. The agent tried to help but everything said was taken out of context, Cx did not allow the agent to address the concern nor provide a resolution. Cx alleged the agent informed things that were never informed or alleged by the agent. Cx was rude and claimed she was a food scientist and a very educated person. Cx accused the agent of blaming or threatening with the call recording and provided insights as to how she wanted the call to be handled.
Cx requested for a sup / Agent de-escalated.
The agent asked Cx to call again at another time since Cx does not allow the agent to provide assistance, Cx agreed and seem cooperative for the first time. The agent apologized and explained we inform why the issue may happen, agent appreciated the feedback about how the business needs to be handled. The agent apologized for any misunderstanding, Cx seemed to be apparently satisfied and willing to cooperate.
